I woke up today knowing that I couldn't stand on the sidelines any more, that I couldn't just be a silent observer in the job market while blatant discrimination was going on - that I had to act.
You may already know about the issue - it all started with the Heavyweight Creative position but that wasn't an isolated incident. Weightism is rife in recruitment and someone needs to act to stamp it out - and that someone might just be me....
